I wonder if there is also a sub group of the SLT . Those that are truely at the centre of the business web. Those that sense and feel all the actions of the business . I would call tgat subset the Senior Decision Makers, as I've often seen SLTs are senior managers .
What do think of the use of a Business Mentor to help the C level team in their journey?
I think there is huge value at business mentoring and coaching at all levels of the organisation. People are such a valuable asset and should be invested in accordingly to optimise their performance.
